New retail chain Ten Tops launched in September 2020 and has been quietly attracting a legion of cult followers with their unique concept and unmatched prices. Ten tops pride themselves on value which is reiterated in their strap line “Nothing over $10”
This value conscious approach did not however, mean that their aesthetic had to take on a bargain bin look and feel!
