Cali Kitchen, another local Manly hospitality business, is passionate about showcasing the richness and breadth of Southern California street food. Their inventive dishes are packed with Latin American flavours using the freshest produce and always a twist of surprise.

For Cali Kitchen’s identity, it was important for us at Poloko that we imbue the venue’s ‘lazy afternoon to late night’ vibe in it’s brand and design pieces.
