Unlike most ‘Full service ad agencies’.. whatever that means; instead of reliance on cookie-cutter strategies, we’ll sit down over a cuppa, a good chat and nut a few things out. Our brand essence sessions are a deep-dive to extract the unique needs, goals and challenges of our clients… actually, we hate the word ‘clients’, let’s say ‘mates’, because we about building friendships that last.

Tim Rogers

Creative Director & Founder

Hailing from the country town of Adelaide, Tim emerged from the world renowned Uni of SA with his BA in Graphic Design, back when the internet was just opening for business. In his mid-20s, after several years in the workforce, he hooked his life belongings to his mighty EA Ford Falcon and migrated to the big smoke.

The allure of multinational agency land with its free beer and secrets whispered by marketing oracles was too strong to resist. Immersing himself for almost 10 years in a pool of egos and big name brands.

In 2007, with a treasure chest of intel and experience, Tim decided to set up Poloko. Offering an array of clients the same services but without the exorbitant multinational agency prices and slow turnaround. Giving underdog businesses access to success through high quality branding and creative.

Ryan Marshall

Designer

The first thing you should know about Ryan is that he got 1.5 million views on his guitar video on TikTok. This was the first thing we learned about him anyway, and if that doesn’t scream Gen Z to you then we don’t know what will.

With great Gen Z-ness comes a great understanding of modern trends and that’s probably why we like Ryan. Besides his high level design and marketing skills, he brings a young and fresh mind of creative thoughts to the table.

If Ryan isn’t stacking up views on guitar videos, he’s stacking up against some of the best in the world for the triple jump. If you’re lucky you’ll get Ryan to hop, skip and jump through the office.

Brooke Carter

Strategy Director

Brooke is an incredibly creative, passionate people-person (that was a mouthful) that genuinely loves the positive power of social media in bringing people together. She understands the intrinsic value of authenticity, which has the true potential to unite, inspire and engage audiences because that’s what makes us TICK… or TikTok because Brooke is our  know it all when it comes to the latest social platforms. But just because she’s non-stop scrolling that doesn’t mean that’s all she does, oh no! Brooke is that master of spreadsheets and solos. Spreadsheets because she’s a big believer in results and to do that she whips up the finest social reporting you’ve ever seen, monitoring and tracking from campaigns start to finish… oh and solos because she’s an insanely good drummer and recently converted DJ and now unofficially in charge of all things music.

Nick Wolff-Gillings

Art Director

The first thing to know about Nick is that if there’s an analogy to relate the topic of conversation to fly fishing.. he’ll find it. The second thing to know is that he’ll accept Wolff or Wolffy for short, because that last name is an absolute mouthful.

If Nick’s phone isn’t ringing and his out of office is on, he’s probably in a tent on top of Mount Kosciusko, or at the mouth of a river looking for Oncorhynchus mykiss (rainbow trout).. a weird way to get some R&R but if it works it works right?

When not chasing trout or freezing his toes off, he’s here, in the office driving great design and igniting passionate creative discussions. He’s a project guy and he can’t wait to sink his teeth in to the next opportunity.

Pierre Joseph

Senior Digital Producer

Pierre is a nature enthusiast and avid hiker. When he’s not exploring trails and capturing breathtaking landscapes with his camera, he can be found immersed in his love for cooking and experimenting with new recipes. A curious soul with a taste for adventure and gastronomy. In the work sphere, Pierre has over 15 years experience in digital production and further background in product and project management roles. He has successfully delivered digital projects for companies such as Castrol, Smiths, Pepsi, and more.

Daniel Linnet

Photographer

Daniel’s journey with photography has always meant more than just a career. It’s a lifestyle, one that he lives every day. He is fascinated by light and its profound impact on the surrounding environment. Daniel’s ability to interpret a brief and add that certain creative flair to any assignment has seen him produce images for MasterCard, Australian Pokies Site, Pfizer, Castrol, Country Energy, BankWest, Top Gear and Men’s Health Magazines, to name a few. His work has also appeared in numerous local and international publications.
